What for? · The hour before sleep

The quieting of the evening.

If the last hour of the evening fills with racing thoughts, and you can’t let the day go — this page was written for you. A ritual that doesn’t hand you a sleeping pill, but helps you slow down: easing you toward the calm state that comes before sleep.

What for? · The feeling
What for? · Do you know this?

At a certain point in the evening.

At a certain point in the evening your thoughts don’t slow down — they speed up. You’re not asleep yet, but you’re no longer working either. This in-between hour is the most uncomfortable: the day has ended, but it’s still inside you. The laptop is closed, the light is low, and yet your thoughts won’t settle...

Not all at once, not completely — but after a while you notice that something won’t shut down in you, as if a „switch” had broken. The body wants to rest, but the nervous system hasn’t received the signal that it’s over. Sleep would be drawing near, and yet you grow more and more awake, knowing all the while that this is working against you.

You’re not looking for a sleeping pill. You’re looking for a way to slow down — something that makes rest possible before you try to force it on yourself. A familiar set of motions that says: the day can be put down. Here you can open the evening — not at once, but at your own pace.

What for? · The way to slow down

A ritual that gives you structure.

Evening ritual · 2 steps · ~2 minutes · 21:30

The evening ritual is built on two steps, and asks for about two minutes. First, the cleansing scrub opens the evening — one motion that removes the marks of the day, from your skin and from within you too. Then the Base Cream closes the day: it works through the nerve endings in your skin, and over the 28-day rhythm it gives an anchor to the last hour of the evening.

Note The Soul Foundation® is part of the morning ritual, not the evening one. The evening is closed by the Base Cream.

What for? · The pair that closes the day

The Base Cream and the cleansing scrub — the evening pair.

The cleansing scrub is the ritual’s first gate: it removes the marks of the day, and in the bathroom it sets the quieting in motion. The Base Cream closes it — one tube lasts about 90 days, which over the 28-day ritual builds into a state at around 500 Ft a day.

Clinical The Base Cream is clinically tested: in the Hamilton study, 25 of 25 women reported a favourable change.

50 ml · ~90 days’ supply · 28-day ritual
What for? · The honesty

What we don’t promise.

Three sentences, so the picture stays clear.

01 · A different layer

Not a sleeping aid. It works through the nerve endings in your skin, not through the chemical system.

02 · A different role

Not a replacement for professional support. With persistent sleep trouble, the specialist can’t be replaced.

03 · A different rhythm

Not instant. The 28-day ritual is what gives the stabilising anchor.

What for? · The deeper layer

When the sleep trouble is recurring and intense.

If your sleep trouble is recurring and intense, the ritual on its own isn’t enough — and that’s not what it’s meant to be. The Pre suggests seeing a psychologist, as a professional bridge between your daily structure and the inner work. The partner can accompany how the ritual is built within their own practice, not replacing their work, but framing it.

What for? · The deeper arc

If you need more than one evening.

The evening ritual is the daily way to slow down. The 28-day Base Cream ritual gives the depth: four weeks, three milestones — Day 7, Day 14, Day 28 —, falling within the same span as the clinical protocol of the Hamilton study. If, after opening the last hour of the evening, you also feel the need to let the state deepen, this is the next layer.
