Why not a money-back guarantee?

Hungarian consumer-protection law (HU 45/2014. Gov. Decree) grants every online buyer a fourteen-day right of withdrawal — unopened, in original condition, the parcel can be returned. We honour that. Beyond that, though, we don't promise a money-back guarantee: partly because in this category — a state cosmetic, a state rather than a product — the measurable effect is tied to a twenty-eight-day ritual, not to a single use; and partly because, on the unit-economics, a flat-sum guarantee would be an unpredictable load on the brand, quietly built into the price — as opposed to these transparent anchors.

Instead, we built in three mechanisms: (a) cash on delivery drops your risk as a buyer to zero until the moment you hold the parcel — we ask for nothing up front; (b) the quiz pre-screen filters out the wrong purchase beforehand, and works with an honest no-fit signal too; (c) reaching out to a psychologist gives you access to a supported decision — the specialist is there, where the trust already is. These three together are a more complete kind of protection than a "thirty-day money-back" button — and they keep the brand's price more honest, too.
